OFFICE/SALES ASSISTANT - FULL-TIME (BRUNSWICK, ME OR CLEVELAND, OH)

This is a full-time position, preferably a person based in Brunswick, ME or Cleveland, OH. Training will be in Brunswick for 2 weeks.

  • Act as traffic/liaison between customer, sales and help desk.

  • Answer all support calls and make sure they are assigned to a tech from start of task to completion.

  • Update customer records and Help Desk email on a daily basis and as required.

  • Help locate customer products from stock inventory, place orders, package, ship and track orders. Keep the office and inventory well-stocked and organized.

  • Use data to investigate the logistical history to resolve orders and product issues.

  • Provide call flow and test calls on new installs.

  • Create training guides a PLUS! Familiarity and comfort with the following business and communication platforms: YouTube videos, video editing tools, MS Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Pre and post-sales support tasks to include line number porting ops and with familiarity with Excel a PLUS.

VOIP/IT HELP DESK SUPPORT - FULL-TIME (TAMPA, CLEVELAND OR PST/CST TIME ZONE)

We are seeking (2) full-time candidates.  2-week training will be provided.

  • Serve as initial escalation point for VoIP support issues (Level 1/2)

  • Troubleshoot and report VoIP performance issues and results in CRM

  • Responsible for resolving customer requests/issues in a timely manner with follow-up skills

  • Familiarity with VoIP technologies (SIP trunks, On-prem and cloud servers, network switches, firewall and network wiring)

  • Familiarity with 3CX and/or Vodia, or other IP PBX solutions would be highly preferable but not required.
